Account Executive - Contractor Scout
United States (remote) & Australia (remote)

Who We’re After

handdii is on the look-out for a go-getting Account Executive with great energy and a knack for relating to people. We’re looking for someone to work in our team as a Contractor Scout to source, screen and onboard contracting companies who meet the handdii profile into our program.

As the first line of communication with contractor prospects, ideal AEs have a strong understanding of the appointment sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, setting up qualified opportunities, and closing sales

You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Every potential contractor is an opportunity for you to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

What You'll Do

  • Meet sales targets for contractor acquisition

  • Research, cold call, and email leads 

  • Represent our company’s products and services, to create a compelling value proposition for contractor engagement

  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm contractor prospects and finding new potential sales lists

  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested contractor prospects and engage them for next steps

  • Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook

  • Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly results

What You'll Need

  • Must be enthusiastic, persistent and have exceptional verbal communication skills

  • Passionate about meeting sales targets through smart research and outreach processes

  • Able to represent the handdii brand and create a compelling story for our services and products

  • Keen learner and contributor

  • Outgoing with a positive and energetic outlook

  • Construction and/or insurance industry experience is a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years of relevant work experience is highly desirable

  • Strong communication skills written and verbal

  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills

  • Demonstrated experience as an Account Executive with a track record of closing sales

  • Positive and collaborative team player

  • $60-80,000 base salary

  • $120-140K OTE (dependent on transaction volume)
